As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing human resource competencies in line with the company's continuous growth and development, PT Oceanindo Prima Sarana conducted an in-house training program for Human Resources Management, covering the BNSP certification schemes for HR Staff and HR Managers.

This program was designed to strengthen employees' competencies, professionalism, and overall work quality, while providing formal recognition of their professional capabilities through certification in accordance with the standards established by the National Professional Certification Agency (Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi – BNSP).

Furthermore, this initiative represents one of the company's strategic efforts to continuously develop and improve the quality of its human resources, supporting sustainable organizational growth and operational excellence at PT Oceanindo Prima Sarana.
